Best Management Practices for Shrimp Culture

The Instituto Sinaloense de Acuacultura (ISA), The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, University of Rhode Island Coastal Resources Center, The University of Hawaii at Hilo, and Conservation International Mexico present a publication on Sustainable Development Practices in Priority Coastal Environments of the Gulf of California, with a focus on Recreational Marinas and Shrimp Mariculture.



Big Island Aquaculture Website

This online information source for aquaculture on the Big Island of Hawaii is a collaborative project by the University of Hawaii Sea Grant College Program, University of Hawaii Cooperative Extension Service, Aquaculture Development Program, and the Hawai'i Department of Agriculture. Traditional Hawaiian Agriculture and Ancient Hawaiian Fishpond Project

A new website focused on dissemination of information on traditional Hawaiian agricultural practices and native Hawaiian fish ponds is currently under continued development at the PACRC and is funded by the US Department of Agriculture.
